Technical Helpdesk

The helpdesk facility is available during normal business hours to provide product specific advice and general support information to end users, contract engineers and specifiers.

On-Site Field Engineers

RCS has a network of nationwide engineers which offer expert support to all clients and client appointed refrigeration engineers. The services provided include installation, fault diagnosis, commissioning attendance, system training and auditing.

Maintenance / Planned service

RCS can offer flexible service and planned preventative solutions to suit all clients requirements. Whether this is a fully comprehensive 24/7 agreement encompassing emergency engineer availability within agreed attendance times, through to one off visits for specific issues, RCS will have a solution. All RCS engineers are highly trained and qualified and are located strategically to deliver a quick response.

Training

RCS fully understands that the provision and selection of correct training courses is essential in ensuring that systems remain optimised. The relevant courses are available at either the customers chosen site or alternatively at our training facilities in Newbury. Please contact us for course dates and content.
