Key points in our strategy to achieve this are:

• Minimising waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.
• Minimising toxic emissions through the selection and use of its fleet and the source of its power requirements.
• Activity promoting recycling both internally and amongst customers and suppliers.
• Providing a fully auditable and sustainable alternative to landfill for the secure disposal of electrical, electronic and other equipment and materials managed by the company by way of re-use and recycling.
• Engineering and promoting the use of environmentally benign components and processes within the RCS product range wherever possible.
• Complying with all relevant environmental legislation.

Above all, we recognise that showing concern for the environment is not a substitute for positive action in respect of the environment, and willingly accept the fact that financial and personnel resources have to be allocated to ensure that good environmental practice is carried out in all areas of the company’s operations.
