The Eden controller delivers sophisticated but reliable technology for the automatic temperature and defrost control of evaporators in refrigerated display cabinets and coldrooms.

This powerful cabinet and cold room controller is totally flexible, making it easy to install, configure and maintain as necessary – delivering powerful energy and cost saving advantages from the very start.

The Eden can be configured to control either liquid solenoid valves (LSV) or electronic expansion valves (EEV) at the flick of a switch – separate product lines are not required.

A single unit can control up to four LSV evaporators, in any configuration, incorporating one or two temperature set points, and all with individual defrost termination. The controller has eight probe inputs and two volt-free digital inputs, and it is easy to configure the unit to control a wide range of multiple cabinet arrangements – delivering important cost advantages over one-cabinet-one-evaporator products.

And as well as using our unique energy-saving algorithms, the Eden controller fully embodies our energy management philosophy with its integrated adaptive trim control and regulation. Trim heaters, essential for keeping doors clear and frost free, are a major source of energy consumption and customer satisfaction in cabinet refrigeration. By monitoring the ambient humidity conditions local to the cabinet environment, the Eden controller can intelligently regulate the use of the trim heaters saving substantial energy costs on cabinets adopting this technology.
